WHAT IS MYQUIT?

MyQuit is a regional smoking cessation program which integrates existing community-based smoking cessation services. The program provides a ‘one-stop shop’ for tobacco users looking for help quitting smoking in the Champlain region (City of Ottawa, City of Cornwall, Renfrew County and District, Lanark County, Leeds & Grenville, Prescott-Russell and Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tobacco users can call MyQuit directly, be fax referred by their healthcare provider or self-refer by registering online.
